Our security operatives are highly trained ex British forces who have sound commercial experience and understanding. Their selection also requires that they have all the relevant documentation and clearances including a CRB check and meet the mandatory criteria listed in the contractor guidelines as well as a number of key competencies including excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
